Cecropia, 2023. Reclaimed maple from a Baltimore-local furniture company cut and shaped, woodburned, and painted with watercolors, gouache, and a homemade oxidizing liquid. Featuring the largest moth native to Maryland State and one of its hosts, quercus Alba, the White Oak.
